Our immediate goal is to attract and retain an individual optometrist or a optometric couple to sign on for a 3-5 years (with associated bonus depending on the length of contract), who would in turn be interested in a transition to partial or full ownership!  We want someone who would like to establish roots and connections!  We need self-motivated, independent, friendly, reliable, service-minded people with an interest in business.

Well-equipped practice able to handle full-scope family optometry.  Situated in a brand-new facility, hosting multiple exam lanes and a full upper-level living suite.  We have state-of-the-art equipment including Maestro OCT, Optomap imaging, FDT, and pachymetry, as well as direct access to Medmont corneal topography/meibomianography, Humphrey visual field analyzer, and in-house lab via our sister location. Comes with a fully-stocked modern dispensary and an in-house inventory of disposable contact lenses for retail!

 Specific Contract details:

-$10K-$75K signing bonus; daily minimum; 20-22% gross differential bonus; first year accommodations included (based on 1-5 year contract for associate position)

-Alternating 4 and 5 day work weeks will guarantee MINIMUM $185K first year value with nothing but growth ahead
