Full or Part time Optometrist in Kamloops BC in a busy full scope practice

We are hiring in Kamloops! At Nicola Eyecare Optometrists.

We are looking for a full time (4 days a week) or part time (2-3 days a week) Optometrist. We are a very busy clinic so you are sure to always be fully booked. We have been established and serving the Kamloops area for over 60 years. We are a high end luxury clinic providing advanced care to Kamloops and the surrounding area. Our skilled and experienced optometric assistants and opticians are very well versed which helps to maintain a high capture rate. This ensures sales are excellent so you are guaranteed to make a great wage working 4 days a week or less.

We have every piece of equipment you can think of; including IPL / RF , optos , topography, meibography, neurolens, macumira as well as all the basics like AR, NCT, icare, OCT, VF. There is a variety of complex patients and pathology which will provide an interesting and meaningful scope of practice. The local ophthalmologists are easily accessible, very helpful and friendly. Co-management is very pleasant and efficient.

Outside of work Kamloops is also an awesome city to reside. The winter is mild, but Sun Peaks Ski Resort is only 45 minutes away. Summers are warm and there are many outdoor sports- mountain biking, golf, hiking etc. There are several golf courses in the surrounding area and many lakes and rivers to explore.
