Associate Optometrist — Guaranteed Full-Time Transition (Fall 2026)

Optometry on Bronte is a well-established, full-scope medical optometry practice in Milton, ON, seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Associate Optometrist for a structured, long-term opportunity.

This role is ideal for an optometrist who values thorough clinical care, clear communication, and a collaborative team environment, and who is looking for stability with a defined path to full-time practice.
 

The Opportunity

• Part-time start (2–3 days per week)
  Begin on a part-time basis to allow for a smooth transition, strong patient rapport, and familiarity with clinic flow. And replace the current part-time associate.
• Guaranteed full-time schedule by October 2026
  The associate will transition into a full-time primary OD role during the owner’s maternity leave.
• Long-term position
  Following maternity leave, the owner will return on a part-time basis, while the associate continues full-time.

This is a planned, transparent transition, not a short-term locum role.

• Services include dry eye management, myopia control, ortho-k, and glaucoma care
